Shipping Costs

All shipping is done via Royal Mail. Our system allows you to choose the type of delivery, and whether or not you want to insure your order. We also add a modest 50 pence to cover the cost of packaing to every order.

Our site is linked directly to the UK Royal Mail site which will give an accurate cost of your shipping. The calculation is based upon the size and weight of the package.
1 x 7″Single Shipped to the UK will be approx £ 2.00 GBP / European Union – £ 4.50 GBP / Rest Of The World £ 5.50 GBP
1 x LP UK £ 4.50 GBP / European Union £ 7.50 GBP / Rest Of The World £ 11.00 GBP.
These are approximate costs only but will be accurate to with 5%.
We strongly recommend that any order over £ 20.00 should be sent by Recorded Mail.
In the UK, only items sent with Recorded Mail come with a Tracking Number.

The easiest way to order is via this website. You’ll receive email confirmation of your order, as well as email from us when it is shipped. If you’re not comfortable ordering online, fell free to give us a call or get in touch via email.

To order, simply click the Buy button on any product page. You’ll be asked to sign in, so that we know you we’re dealing with.

Setting up an account allows you to set your own personal preferences for the site. For example, our prices are set in British Pounds, but if you live outside the UK, you can choose to display our prices in your local currency.

Payment, Pricing & Promotions

All prices are set in British Pounds, which is what you’ll be charged in. If you’re not based in the UK, the actual amount you’re charged will depend on the exchange rate the day of the transaction and your bank’s fees. We take all major credit cards.

You can look at the status of your orders any time by logging into your account. If you have any further questions, feel free to send us an email via the Contact Us page, or to give us a call. Returns & Replacements

We want you to be an Intoxica customer for a long time. If you’re at all unsatisfied with your purchase, please let us know via email or phone, and we’ll completely refund your purchase including the return shipping.
