Shipping & Delivery

All shipping is done via Royal Mail. Our system allows you to choose the type of delivery, and whether or not you want to insure your order. 

Ordering

When you order, we need to know your name, e-mail address, delivery address, credit or debit card number and the card’s expiry date. This allows us to process and fulfil your order. We also ask for your telephone number which enables us to contact you urgently if there is a problem with your order. 

The easiest way to order is via this website. You’ll receive email confirmation of your order, as well as email from us when it is shipped. If you’re not comfortable ordering online, feel free to contact us via phone or email.

To order, simply click the Buy button on any product page.

Setting up an account allows you to set your own personal preferences for the site. For example, our prices are set in British Pounds, but if you live outside the UK, you can choose to display our prices in your local currency.

We don’t share our customer information with anyone, we promise you.

Payment, Pricing & Promotions

We accept payment by PayPal, All major credit cards, Bank Transfer, International Money Order ((drawn on a UK bank in Pound Sterling and made payable to N D Brown)

All prices are set in British Pounds, which is what you’ll be charged in. If you’re not based in the UK, the actual amount you’re charged will depend on the exchange rate on the day of the transaction and your bank’s fees. We take all major credit cards.

Guaranteed packaging

We take a lot of care when packing your vinyl. We use extra-strong cardboard mailers and ribbed stiffeners and will remove records from their sleeves where appropriate.

Viewing Orders

You can look at the status of your orders any time by logging into your account. If you have any further questions, feel free to contact us via phone or email.

Returns & Replacements

We want you to be an Intoxica customer for a long time. If you’re at all unsatisfied with your purchase, please let us know via email or phone, and we’ll refund your purchase and the cost of the return shipping. 

Please make sure you pack your return securely

Always get proof of postage. 

If an item is returned to us in an unsuitable condition due to poor packaging then we may have to send it back to you without a refund. 

Viewing By Appointment

Intoxica is no longer a physical shop, but a Mail Order business run in an Office/Apartment. If you wish to browse, stop by for a visit, however you must make an appointment. Physical space is limited and so there are a couple of requirements.

1. If you wish to peruse LPs/12”s then have a look through the website and notify us of what Artists or Titles you wish to see. You are under no obligation to buy what you select, it’s just that they are filed away and can take quite a while to find.

2. Singles – no problem, easily browsed.

3. Please don’t bring pets.
